Week Seventeen: Love of Being

The journey towards wholeness and being-ness can be a difficult one, especially for those of us who have a bias towards action. We often feel as though we need to be constantly doing something in order to feel fulfilled. But what if we could learn to love our presence, our being, without the need for constant movement and productivity? As someone who has struggled with this myself, I understand the fear that can come with simply being. However, embracing a love of being doesn't mean we have to throw away our ambition or our desire for leadership. In fact, it is only by fully embracing our being-ness that we can lead from a place of true authenticity and wholeness. So, take a moment to write down what you love about being. Maybe it's the feeling of warmth from the sun on your skin or the sound of a loved one's laugh. Whatever it is, let it remind you of the beauty and power of simply being present in the moment.
