  1. Free write about your experiences with beginnings for 5 minutes.

  2. Engage in self-inquiry either through free writing, drawing, or silent contemplation:
    >> What comes before a beginning?
    >> What comes after a beginning?
    >> How is a beginning marked or named?
    >> What is the felt sense of a beginning for you?

  3. Based on what you notice, lift up an intention or question for your ongoing inquiry this week. Examples of this might be: "How many times do I mark a beginning in my average day?" or "Allow open-hearted presence to emerge at moments of beginning."
